Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access and use of the Dinapa Senior High School Automated Grading System. The System is provided and authorized by the school for official school purposes. By using the System, you agree to these terms.
1. Account Access and Responsibility
- All accounts are pre-registered and issued by the School Administrator.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Do not share your password or allow others to use your account.
2. Authorized School Use
- The System may be used only for authorized school-related activities such as grading, reporting, academic monitoring, and school communications.
- All data processed in the System is permitted by the school to be gathered and used for school purposes.
3. Roles and Access
- Access and features are based on your role (Student, Teacher, Principal, Administrator).
- You may view or manage only the information you are authorized to access.
4. Grades Workflow and Academic Integrity
- Teachers are responsible for submitting accurate grades and supporting records as required by school policy.
- Grades may be subject to review/approval before being released.
- Do not falsify, manipulate, or attempt to alter academic records without authorization.
5. Notifications and SMS
- By using the System, you agree to receive SMS notifications related to school activities (for example, grade updates, approvals, or alerts) when a mobile number is available.
- SMS delivery depends on mobile network and third-party service availability and is not guaranteed.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, access data outside your permission, disrupt service, or misuse the System.
- Do not upload harmful content or perform actions that compromise confidentiality, integrity, or availability of data.
7. Audit Logging
The System may record activity logs (such as actions performed and timestamps) for security, accountability, and school audit purposes.
8. Availability and Changes
The school may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the System for maintenance or policy changes. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Dinapa Senior High School Automated Grading System (the “System”) processes information. The System is authorized by the school for school purposes.
1. Information We Process
- Account information: name, role, username (LRN/Employee Number), and login-related information.
- Contact information: mobile number (and email if provided/available) used for communication and notifications.
- Academic information: grades and grade components, subjects, classes, grade level, strand, section, school year/batch, and related records needed to operate the System.
- System records: activity logs (actions, timestamps, and related metadata) and SMS notification records (recipient, message, status, and provider response).
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and enforce role-based access.
- To compute, store, display, and report academic results.
- To send school-related notifications (including SMS where applicable).
- To maintain security, investigate issues, and support school audits through logging.
3. SMS and Third-Party Provider (PhilSMS)
- The System may send SMS notifications using PhilSMS.
- To deliver SMS, the System may share the recipient mobile number and message content with PhilSMS, and store delivery metadata (status, external reference, and provider response) in the System.
4. Access and Sharing
- Information is accessed only by authorized users based on role (Student, Teacher, Principal, Administrator) and school responsibilities.
- The school may access records for legitimate school purposes such as verification, reporting, and compliance.
5. Retention
- Academic records: retained to support lifetime student access, including after graduation, subject to school policy.
- SMS notification history: retained at least per academic year; older SMS history may be removed to manage storage.
- Activity logs: retained at least per academic year; older logs may be removed to manage storage.
6. Data Protection
- Access controls and role permissions are used to limit access to data.
- Security measures are applied to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
